Sage Plants
Sage Plants
Culinary sage is a large bushy plant with silver-green leaves. This traditional herb is typically dried to flavor meats, especially pork and chicken. The leaves have a low moisture content, so they are quick drying. If allowed to over-winter (where hardy) it will provide a beautiful blooming display come spring. The plants may live up to three years old or longer. First year plants tend to be more vigorous and for that reason we recommend replanting every year.
