Pepper 'Fish' Plants

The fish pepper is one of the most uniquely decorated peppers we offer with heavily variegated foliage and striped fruit that eventually ripens to a rich red.  A favorite heirloom, from the Baltimore region, where it was primarily used in seafood dishes.  Great for drying.

Fertilizer: Apply an all-purpose fertilizer at planting.  We prefer organic for better soil health.  Fertilize weekly with a liquid fertilizer, like fish emulsion, if growth is slow.
