The traditional flat leaf Italian parsley with a rich celery-like taste making it a delightful seasoning. Parsley is typically used fresh but can also be dried. The nutritious leaves are high in vitamins A, B, C, and E. They also contain significant amounts or iron and calcium. The vigorous plants can also be grown indoors over the winter for fresh use.
