'Rosa Bianca' is an Italian heirloom eggplant that produces medium sized white fruits with a rosy blush. The blue-green foliage is vigorous and a great protector to the abundant eggplants that are produced. The mild fruits have creamy smooth flesh making it highly versatile in a plethora of different dishes. A great choice for eggplant parmesan or for roasting.
