Eggplant Long Purple
Eggplant Long Purple
This slender purple eggplant is great for slicing into stirfries or making eggplant parmesan. Unlike our other offerings this variety has more heat tolerance with miminal stress symptoms at temperatures over 100° F. We contribute this to the small leaf size, strong branching, and smaller fruit size. Multiple fruits are borne over a long production period making this selection a top producer in our trials.
