Coreopsis 'Moonbeam' is a workhorse perennial that has proven its performance in the garden for many years. This 1992 Perennial Plant Association plant of the year offers pastel yellow flowers over top of fine needle like foliage of deep green. The characteristics this coreopsis is best known for is its extended bloom period and cold hardiness. A great filler plant for the front of the border and planting in large groups.

Fertilizer: If using compost apply an 1" at planting time and side dress annually in late fall or early spring. It is only recommended to use liquid fertilizers when the growth is slow, and this is not normally needed.
