Collards 'Champion' Plants

Champion collards are a mild green with a sweet taste that is even better in cooler weather.  Great for fresh cutting, and freezing.  This variety is very slow to bolt, high yielding, and great for the home garden.

Fertilizer: Apply an all-purpose fertilizer at planting.  We prefer organic for better soil health.  Fertilize weekly with fish emulsion or a nitrogen rich liquid fertilizer.
