'Golden Acre', is an early open pollinated cabbage with perfectly round heads of light green and well blanched interiors. The heads are normally 2-4 pounds and are perfect for small gardens. They can be container grown in a 1 gallon or larger pot too.
Days to Maturity: 65-70
Spacing: 14"-18"
Head Size: 2-4 lbs.
Fertilizer: Apply an all-purpose dry fertilizer at planting by scratching into the soil. We prefer organic formulations for better soil health. Fertilize weekly with fish emulsion or a similar nitrogen rich liquid fertilizer. Stop liquid feeds 1 week before harvesting.
