Koto Buckwheat Seed

Buckwheat is a fast growing weed suppressing champion!  This white flowering annual can be used for attracting pollinators and making soil phosphorous plant available.   A great green manure for the summertime garden.  Koto is a highly prized, large seed variety, developed by the University of Cornell and has proven to be a reliable weed suppressant with edible seeds.  Unlike our typical plant offerings this is seeds and not plants.
