| Ordering early for spring planting will guarantee that the plants will be in stock at the time you would like to plant. Many of our varieties are projected to sell out before May this upcoming spring. Shipping After, order placement you will receive a shipping date via e-mail stating exact day your order will ship and estimated delivery date. This delivery date is calculated using the last expected frost date for your area. If you would like your plants delivered at a different time please state so in the comment box on our order form. When, choosing a delivery date take into consideration that we cannot ship plants before or after the dates listed on our shipping schedule. Plants are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, and should arrive no more than three days after shipping date. Payment All forms of payment are charged within a few business days from placement of order. Cancelling Order If you decide at anytime you would like to cancel your order for any reason, simply e-mail your request to admin@streambankgardens.com . A complete refund will be issued within a few business days. E-mail containing cancellation must be received two weeks or more prior to ship date. |
