Most of our perennial plants are seed grown and started in either plug flats or sown in drills(as pictured). As plants mature they are transplanted into larger plug flats or individual pots as needed.

The majority of our perennial plants are shipped in pots(as pictured on left). Before packaging we secure the root ball within the pot using kraft paper and rubber bands. Soil spillage is kept to a minimum using this method.

Lastly, the plants are secured within the shipping box with recycled peanuts(picture on right). These peanuts are 100% recycled material and are waterproof. Peanuts fill the void in between objects constricting the amount of movement within the box, allowing the plants to be in prime condition upon arrival.
In a 6' upside down drop the peanuts kept the plants in the exact same position and condition, as they were originally packed. While, mail carriers are not that harsh on packages, we decided to go the extra mile to insure plants are in top condition upon arrival.
